terms 2024: valid on all promotional offers/ holiday pre-orders (Nov 2024)

ALL items purchased during BFCM2024/holiday 2024 will be pre-order.

promotional offers are only valid on purchases on adwoabeauty.com until the listed end date or until supplies last. offers exclude taxes, shipping, and delivery charges.
  • offers are non-transferable, cannot be used on past purchases or combined with other offers (unless automatically included by us), and may not be used to purchase gift cards.
  • all sales are final; no returns or exchanges on sale orders / BFCM pre-orders.
  • offers may be suspended or terminated at any time and may be subject to product restrictions or exclusions.
    exclusions: not valid on gift cards, kits, bundles, or already discounted items.

  • offer has no cash value and may not be altered, sold, bartered, or transferred.
    we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time and at our sole discretion.

FAQS
how long will I have to wait for my order?

  • items on the site are currently on pre-order. this means that you are purchasing it and will wait for it to be shipped you beginning 1/6/25, in the order in which they are received. this means that everyone will not receive shipment confirmation/tracking details on the first shipment date.
  • due to the anticipated high volume of orders, please allow 5 business days for your order to be shipped and for your to receive tracking.
  • please note that processing time does NOT include the shipping timeframe. if you select an expedited shipping method, that time starts once the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.
  • once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the email address associated with your order.


    can I edit or change my order?

  • due to the volume of orders, we will not be able to edit orders once they are placed, with the exception of an address change. if you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@adwoabeauty.com. once orders are fulfilled and shipped, they cannot be canceled.

I placed an order just before/after the promo started/ended, can I get the discount?

  • promo codes are not valid on orders placed prior to or after the sale period.

the promo code does not work

  • all promos are active and valid for the listed time frame; if applicable, please double check that the code was entered correctly and that your cart does not contain gift cards, bundles/kits, or already discounted items.

why am I not able to redeem my kinky points during the sale?

  • sales offers cannot be combined with other offers or reward points.

is there a free shipping threshold ?

  • all orders placed during the BFCM pre-order sale will be subject to shipping fees.

can I return/exchange items I purchased during the sale?

all sales are final on orders placed during promotional periods.


I want to remove Route package protection from my order.

  • once an order is placed, we cannot remove Route Package Protection. Route is an order insurance service that protects against damage, lost, or missing packages and provides an easy, hassle-free way to resolve issues, especially during the sale periods.
  • all claims must be filed through Route for replacement orders due to damage or missing packages.

can I pick up my order in Dallas?
  • order pickup is not available at our Dallas showroom.

    note about shipping addresses:

    please ensure that your shipping addresses are accurate and complete. once your order has shipped, adwoa beauty will not be responsible for missing packages due to address inaccuracies.


I emailed customer service, but I have not received a response.

  • rest assured that we've received your email, but our warehouse and offices are closed on holidays/weekends. please do not send duplicate emails, as this will delay our ability to respond upon our return. for any issues not covered here, please refer to our general shipping & return policy.
